We recently installed the Osburn 3500 into and existing fireplace. This model provides over 100,000 BTUs so it will heat the whole house.
The Regency LRI 6 Gas Insert with arch faceplate gives an updated feel to this fireplace and fits the opening perfectly.
This before and after project comes from Kristy, who wanted to update her existing fireplace with a warm, rustic look. Our team installed a new gas insert, added a custom mantle, and finished the space with beautiful stone veneer, completely transforming the fireplace into the cozy focal point she envisioned. The liner is cleaned, the cleanness of the layer on the ceiling is checked. During the cleaning, some cracks are checked, photos were taken "we will send you to the factory for warranty."
We worked with the homeowner to completely re-envision their vent free fireplace. We removed the existing fireplace, reframed, and installed new veneer and a mantle, resulting in an updated, inviting focal point for this room.
