Alex from Trumbull came to 'Fireplace Depot' to converse with us about a Wood Insert. After we talked with him, we scheduled to go to his home and conduct a site visit, where we take measurements and reassure that the insert will fit properly and comfortably. The HI250 fit perfectly in his fireplace. He was very satisfied with his purchase.
Louis from Shelton, Connecticut, came to our store looking for a pellet insert. After communicating with our staff, he was informed that if he loses electricity, the pellet insert will not work.
